Although New York born, I consider myself a full-fledged Floridian, having lived in Miami-Dade County since early high school.  With a degree in Psychology from Florida International University, and 25+ years of real estate sales and management experience in the South Florida marketplace, I offer buyers and sellers the benefit of my extensive knowledge and experience, along with unparalleled customer service and RESULTS.

·        With the advanced professional certification of CRB (Certified Residential Broker), and coming from the vice presidency and sales manager position of another major real estate company, I joined the sales team at Esslinger Wooten Maxwell in 1989 as a Vice President and Sales Manager of its Pinecrest office.  From 1990 through 1997, I served in many leadership roles in the Local and State Associations of Realtors, including President on the local level and Director on the State level.

·        In 1994, I returned to the job I love the best, real estate sales; assisting buyers and sellers in realizing their real estate dreams!  Since that time, I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer, a member of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell's prestigious Chairman's  Club, and a member of the Master Broker Forum, an elite organization whose membership consists of the most successful and respected residential real estate professionals in Miami-Dade County.

·        My community has been very good to me, so I do my best to return the favor by my participation in the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation, having chaired several profitable fund raising Galas, and by my ongoing participation in its Community Council, currently serving as its president..  I also am a founding member of the friends of The Wellness Community- Greater Miami, a facility that provides free psychosocial services to cancer patients and their families.  In addition, I have served as one of the few lay members of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

·        I have 2 children, 2 stepchildren, and 3 grandchildren, and live in South Miami with my architect husband, David Morton.  When time permits, I enjoy golf, quilting and creating scale miniatures.

I consider the South Florida community an excellent place to reside, and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. I pride myself on providing unparalleled service and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss how I can best assist you with your real estate needs.

Sincerely,

Susan Morton
